Well so much for reasonable proportions, but yeah, decided to go full on Chibi-esc.
I was having a bit of a downer, smacking my head against a wall trying to get TERA to work on my Laptop and in between crash rages I decided to draw some Ali. The piece here is actually very different to the one I originally drew on my tablet, changed a couple of the proportions and gave her a more expressive face. I'll probably upload that one to scraps in a while, or maybe some filler for next week.
N'yeah, not really a lot behind this piece other than Ali, being Ali. Cheeky little minx.
EDIT: A small little edit, most probably won't notice, but it was bugging me.
Honestly? I like how just... different this piece comes off as. It's sexy, but cute, chibi, but kinda not. I do love the colors in it, but the textures feel just a tad 'flat' (on the clothes not her skin, skin looks great). The materials don't pop in the right way for what I 'think' they're supposed to be. Like the stockings? Look kind of like rubber. Less shine and a little more softness would do ya for example.
The face looks cute, but the proportions seem a bit off on the body. Kinda hard to pull off chibi and sexy at the same time without the character looking like an alien of some sort. I'd try leaning towards the one end of the spectrum rather than trying to do both at the same time. I do like the cool colours use for this, though.
Might just be a personal preference for me. I just find it kinda odd to try and make a chibi character look erotic because the main point for me to do something like that is usually to make the character look adorable rather than sexually appealing. Again, this may just be a personal thing, but I thought it might help you if you were trying to do this sort of thing again.
